None dare call it genocide by Andrew Mathis

Oct 12, 2007

Michael,

I noticed today that, in August of this year, you posted, in its entirety, my article "None Dare Call It Genocide" to your blog:

http://michaelsantomauro.blogspot.com/2010/08/none-dare-call-it-genocide-by-andrew.html

I still own the copyright on that article, and I did not extend permission to you to republish it. Thus, you are in violation of federal copyright law. This violation is particularly egregious because: (1) You have not indicated that you republished article without my permission; and (2) You are running ads on your blog, thus making money off of my writing.

I am therefore asking you to remove my article from your site. I will check the site again one week from today — Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at noon EST. If my article is still on your blog at that point, I will investigate legal action, including, but not limited to, monetary damages based on the ads you run on your blog.

Yours truly,
Andrew E. Mathis, Ph.D.

Andrew,

Not the case at all. I don't make money from ads. I don't see ads. What are you talking about?

Peace.

What sort of TRUTH is it that crushes the freedom to seek the truth?

Michael,

Kindly don't fuck with me.

See the ads at the bottom where it says marketplace?

http://michaelsantomauro.blogspot.com/2010/08/none-dare-call-it-genocide-by-andrew.html

Why not just remove my article? I know he's the bĂȘte noir of your little "movement," but when Mr. Weber wanted to point people to my article, he provided a link and a few quotes under fair use.

Don't be a dick.

How regretful that Dr. Matrhis should resent your posting his article "None Dare Call it Genocide" He should, instead, be pleased that you did so...Only when a story or article is plagiarized, without giving credit to the original writer, can there be a lawsuit???

You are doing an excellent job informing those who have no other source, of good information...
Thanks,
APA

Your hero Mr. Santomauro never asked my permission, nor did he indicate that my point of view differs from his.

If you rely on Mr. Santomauro for your information, then I truly pity you.

This is the same Andrew Mathis who said I had no right to my views since it was my country that expelled the Jews in 1290.

Only a Jew could hold a grudge for 700 years.

Presumably if you delete the article and instead simply provide a link to the Online Journal, then no objection could be raised?

what a nasty, petty reaction...

unless there is bad blood between you that i know nothing about?

did you ball his wife or something?

if i demanded payment for the stuff that i send out i'd have no one to send it to...

and online journal runs lots of my stuff, and that stuff gets picked up by other people and winds up on their blogs...so?

do we write to keep secrets?

we'd all love to get paid for everything we write but what the hell is this?

i just copied his article...

so he can sue me too?

see you in court...and don't forget to bring our lawyers:

tony, angelo , carmine and rocco!
