Oliver Kamm claims ("World Commentary", 19/3) that "Holocaust denial" (an ambiguous and prejudicial term) "can be argued consistently only by ignoring or faking the historical evidence", but the opposite appears to be the case. Rather, it is "Holocaust denial" denial (such as his) which refuses to participate in responsible debate - and for a very good reason. It will lose the argument and be seen to do so - to the jeopardy of various powerful political interests. Thus the "denial" deniers have organised matters so that their opponents (men of the high intellectual calibre such as Robert Faurisson, Carlo Mattogno and Jurgen Graf) are denied access to the public forums or even (like Germar Rudolf, Ernst Zundel, Pedro Varela, Sylvia Stolz and Horst Mahler) put in gaol after 'show trials' in which the judicial procedures are disgracefully corrupted. 'The Australian' can bring this matter to an end easily, by allowing a proper debate in its pages over the next few months, perhaps starting with this letter.

My remark: I understand Nigel Jackson had to be very brief. I suggest that otherwise he could have added many other names such as the one of Arthur Robert Butz, our Number One revisionist author, and the names of many other of us who are in gaol such as Gerd Honsik and Wolfgang Fröhlich.
On March 22, his reaction to my remark was: "Thank you for reminding me about the eminence of Butz in revisionism. I will keep that in mind when I write in the future."
Of course N. Jackson's letter wasn't published, which, as he knows, is not a reason to stop sending such letters to that newspaper.
