Subject: Israel appeared on the US terror watch list

With over 200 Mossad agents arrested on or around 911 (and quietly released about 70 days later under pressure from Israel); and with that country's considerable, repeatedly demonstrated foreknowledge of 911, is it any wonder it initially appeared on the US terror watch list?  Those Mossad agents posing as "art students" living illegally on the 91st floor of the WTC 1 over the summer of 2001 likely had a hand in placing the military-grade nanothermate and other explosives that were detonated that morning, pulverizing three WTC buildings (not just the two hit with electronically-driven military planes). As usual, Israel used the power of its Rothschild-bankster backing to force the US to remove it from the list.  But Watchful Patriots KNOW.

Officials reassure Jerusalem is Washington's partner in war on of terror 07 Jul 2011 Israeli diplomats stationed in the United States was surprised to discover that Israel was one of 36 countries included in a new Homeland Security terror watch list. John Morton, director of the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement division of the department, said Israel's appearance on the list was a mistake.

Iraq abuse ruling by European court says UK failed human rights role 07 Jul 2011 Britain was an occupying power after the invasion of Iraq and failed to carry out effective investigations into the killing of civilians, the European court of human rights has ruled. The decision by the Strasbourg court could open the Ministry of Defence to a deluge of claims and add to the pressure for further public inquiries into the behaviour of troops in and around Basra after the 2003 invasion. By extending liability beyond the UK's territorial limits and outside Europe, the ruling will have far-reaching implications for military operations around the world.

Baghdad roadside bomb kills 2 U.S. soldiers 07 Jul 2011 A roadside bomb killed two U.S. soldiers Thursday outside the main American military base in Baghdad in what U.S. officials said appeared to be another attack by Shiite militias hoping to drive U.S. troops out of Iraq. The 46,000 U.S. troops currently stationed in Iraq are to leave by year's end under a 2008 withdrawal agreement. However, the White House is offering to keep up to 10,000 American soldiers in the country beyond that deadline, if asked by Iraq, to help stabilize the country's still-shaky security and keep Iran from becoming too cozy with Baghdad officials protect US corpora-terrorists' investments.

The air strike came a day after a similar attack left two civilians dead in Ghazni province.

Halliburton and KBR asked a three-judge panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to toss out the ruling Thursday.

Partying Security Contracting Group Pays $7.5 M Fine 07 Jul 2011 The mercenary company whose employees were accused of sexual hazing and throwing wild, drunken parties in Afghanistan settled a lawsuit with the U.S. government by agreeing to pay a $7.5 million fine, the Department of Justice said today. Along with its affiliates, ArmorGroup North America, which was contracted in part to guard the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, agreed to pay the fine to "resolve allegations" that the company lied in State Department contracts and allowed its employees, with their managers' knowledge, to frequent brothels in Kabul. The suit against ArmorGroup was originally brought by former ArmorGroup Director of Operations James Gordon, who will reap $1.35 million of the settlement under the government's False Claims Act.

'Don't Ask, Don't Tell' Ban Must Take Effect, Court Rules 06 Jul 2011 The Obama administration must immediately end the military's "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy on gays serving in the armed forces, a federal appeals court said. The Log Cabin Republicans, a group that promotes equal rights for gays and lesbians, asked a U.S. appeals court to block further enforcement of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" while the court reviews a September lower court ruling that declared the law unconstitutional. The San Francisco-based appeals court today granted the organization's request.

Obama offers Social Security cuts 06 Jul 2011 President Obama is pressing congressional leaders to consider a far-reaching debt-reduction plan that would force Democrats to accept major changes to Social Security and Medicare in exchange for Republican support for fresh tax revenue. As part of his pitch, Obama is proposing significant reductions in Medicare spending and for the first time is offering to tackle the rising cost of Social Security, according to people in both parties with knowledge of the proposal. The move marks a major shift for the White House and could present a direct challenge to Democratic lawmakers who have vowed to protect health and retirement benefits from the assault on government spending.

CEO pay in US soared 23 percent in 2010 By Barry Grey 04 Jul 2011 While US unemployment remains at near-Depression levels and health care, pensions and education are being slashed by all levels of the government, the pay of corporate CEOs is soaring. The compensation of the 200 highest-paid chief executives at large corporations increased by 23 percent in 2010 over the previous year, according to a report in Sunday's New York Times. Median pay for these individuals was $10.8 million, equivalent to the median pay of nearly 280 US workers.

New agreement allows unsafe Mexican trucks to barrel along US highways --US and Mexican officials signed an agreement Wednesday that allows trucks from each nation to travel on the other country's highways – a key provision of NAFTA. 06 Jul 2011 The United States andMexico on Wednesday signed an agreement aimed at resolving a cross-border trucking dispute. The accord, signed in Mexico City by US and Mexican transportation officials, would end a 15-year-old controversy that on the US side featured fears of unsafe Mexican trucks barreling along US highways, driven by unprofessional Mexican truckers. Under the agreement, the US will reinstate a pilot program for Mexican truck certification that was introduced under the Bush regime – and defunded by an angry Congress in 2009.

Alert: Terrorists Look to Implant Bombs in Humans --U.S. security official: No current information points to specific plot involving surgically implanted explosives 06 Jul 2011 Airlines are being warned by the government that terrorists are considering surgically hiding bombs inside humans to evade airport security. And as a result, travelers may find themselves subjected to more scrutiny when flying in the heart of summer vacation season, especially to the U.S. from abroad. Bombs-in-the body is not a brand new idea [it's a CIA tactic], but recent intelligence indicates a fresh interest in using this method, as people-scanning machines in airports aren't able to detect explosives hidden inside humans.

Seven Questions About 9/11 By Jim Fetzer, Ph.D. 04 Jul 2011 As a former Marine Corps officer (1962-66), who spent his 35-year career offering courses in logic, critical thinking, and scientific reasoning to college students, it troubles me when my government appears to be lying to the American people. On this 4th of July, therefore, I want to share with you some of the questions that have arisen in my mind about the events of 9/11, which have been used to justify wars in Iraq and Afghanistan at enormous cost in lives lost and resources expended. I don't claim to have all of the answers, but here are some of my questions-seven for the 4th of July!

Feds investigating detainee complaints at NC jail --Allegations: Detainees were called racial slurs, not informed of their rights, and forced to sign their names to documents. 07 Jul 2011 The U.S. Department of Homeland Security is investigating complaints that immigration detainees have been mistreated at the Wake County jail in Raleigh. The agency's civil rights chief sent a letter last month announcing the probe to the North Carolinachapter of the American Civil Liberties Union. The ACLU had coordinated a group of 57 complaints from people detained at the jail in 2009 and 2010.

House Spending Bill Halts Protections for Species, Rewards Polluters --Kills Ban on Uranium Mining Near Grand Canyon (Center for Biological Diversity) 06 Jul 2011 An appropriations bill proposed today in the U.S. House of Representatives gave fresh evidence of the House majority's open hostility to environmental protection. The bill, released by subcommittee chairman Rep. Mike Simpson (R-Idaho), would halt any new listing protections for any endangered species or their critical habitat, allow Endangered Species Act protections to be stripped for gray wolves in several states without scientific review, exempt big polluters from greenhouse gas pollution limits, speed up dangerous offshore drilling in the Arctic and kill a proposed ban on new uranium mining on 1 million acres near the Grand Canyon.

EPA to test air in homes near ExxonMobil Montana oil spill 07 Jul 2011 The Environmental Protection Agency said Thursday it will collect indoor air samples from homes downstream of a Yellowstone River [ExxonMobil] oil spill after residents raised concerns about health risks from the tens of thousands of gallons of crude that poured into the watercourse. About 150 people showed up at an EPA meeting Wednesday night with questions about health risks, the duration of the cleanup, and whether the oil will permanently damage their livestock or property.

Oil Climbs to Highest Level Since Early June 07 Jul 2011 Oil jumped to three-week highs Thursday as U.S. data on jobless claims and retail sales came in stronger than expected, while oil stocks tightened further, reinforcing hopes that economic recovery was gaining traction in the top oil consumer. By 1:10 p.m. EDT (1710 GMT), ICE Brent crude futures for August delivery rose $4.18 to $117.80 a barrel, after rising to $118.08, highest since June 15, on track for the biggest one-day gain since May 9. [Thanks, Obusha! Why not lower the corporate tax rate for ExxonMobil while cutting Social Security for your GOP/Wall Street overlords? Oh, wait! You're already doing that, fraudster.]

This Sunday will be the last issue of the News of the World," Murdoch said in a statement.
