Hello,

As you may already know, the Petition video has been removed because of "shocking or disgusting content."

This seems to make me The Moving Target.  It has been been taken down, because someone doesn't like the pictures of what Israel did to so many little children in Gaza. The images were included in Michael Heart's music video: "We Will Not Go Down (Song for Gaza)".  The song and the images remain on several other sites.  It makes you think, doesn't it.

I would suggest those without the stomach to view such images should do something to stop the carnage in Gaza.

I'll be preparing a new video, as soon as I have the time.

Court ruling: Faurisson's writings are not frivolous, negligent or mendacious, that his approach is logical, and therefore the value of his conclusions must be left to the experts...

 

Today (April 26th) is the 28^th anniversary of the French court judgment declaring that Faurisson's writings are not frivolous, negligent or mendacious, that his approach is logical, and therefore the value of his conclusions must be left to the experts, historians, and the public. However the court found him guilty of hurting others' feelings. The decision can be read at the link given.

anniversaire du fameux "Arrêt du 26 avril 1983" rendu par la première
chambre, section A, de la Cour d'appel de Paris dans l'affaire introduite
par la LIC(R)A et autres associations coalisées contre le professeur Robert
Faurisson.
Aux côtés du professeur plusieurs intervenants volontaires: Serge Thion,
Maurice Di Scuillo, Gabor Rittersporn, Jean-Luc Redlinski, Jean-Gabriel
Cohn-Bendit (le frère de l'autre), Pierre Guillaume (de La Vieille Taupe),

Dans cet arrêt historique, la Cour d'appel de Paris reconnaît qu'il n'y
a, dans les écrits du Pr Faurisson, ni légèreté, ni négligence, ni
mensonge, ni ignorance délibérée, que sa démarche est logique et que
"la valeur des conclusions défendues [par lui sur le problème des chambres à
gaz] relève DONC* de la seule appréciation des experts, des historiens et du
public".
La cour cependant le condamnait parce qu'il faisait de la peine à
"autrui"...
