"Black Farmer" Swindle Exposed: 95,000 "Discrimination" Claimants but only 33,000 on Census Figures

Posted: 15 Oct 2010 10:07 AM PDT

The "discrimination" claims by over 95,000 "black farmers" against the U.S. Department of Agriculture for which Obama wants over $1.25 billion to settle have been exposed as a hoax by U.S. Census Bureau figures which show that there were only ever a maximum of 33,000 black farmers in America during the time in question.

The first suit against the government was filed in 1999, when 25,000 "black farmers" claimed they were systematically denied loans and other aid from local USDA officers between 1981 and 1996.

Since then, the Agriculture Department has paid these "farmers" more than $1 billion in compensation.

The second suit was filed in 2008 when Congress enacted a bill reopening the deadline for the submission of claims after receiving submissions from even more 'black farmers' that had not known about the claims process and so missed the cut-off date.

Now, around 70,000 new claims have been lodged, bringing the total number of "black farmers" allegedly having suffered discrimination to at least 95,000.

President Barack Obama has requested a further $1.15 billion from Congress — to add to a $100-million he pushed through Congress in 2008 when he was a senator — to create a $1.25 billion federal fund to settle these "discrimination" cases.

However, a study of the U.S. Census Bureau's statistical reports reveal that there were never more than 33,000 "black farmers" in all of America during this time, and for long periods there were considerably fewer.

According to the Census Bureau, a "farm operator is a person who operates a farm, either doing the work or making day-to-day decisions."

During the 16-year period under discussion, the number of black persons who qualified under this description peaked at 33,000 in 1982, 23,000 in 1987; 19,000 in 1992, and 27,000 in 1997.

While some of these could possibly have been "new" farmers, it is unlikely that a significant number would have been brand new, completely replacing existing "black farmers."

Sheer logic dictates that a vast majority would have been the same people from year to year.

Nonetheless, when the time came to grab a share of more cash being handed out by white liberals, the number of "black farmers" has suddenly shot up to nearly 100,000.

The $1.25 billion has not yet been approved by Congress, but if it is, it will be divided up amongst the claimants after the Department of Justice announced that it had already negotiated a settlement with the "black farmers'" legal representatives.

The claims are, of course, bogus, as even a cursory examination of the claims show.

For example, one claimant said he gave up farming after a USDA official allegedly "talked badly" to him, while others have claimed after allegedly being denied loans because of bad credit records or were in possession of insufficient assets to secure loans.

In all of these instances there has been no evidence whatsoever to prove that "racism" was the cause of any of these decisions, but in the anti-white obsessed liberal world, that is no reason not to play the race card.

Portland State University Announces Special Program to Favor Latinos over Whites

Posted: 15 Oct 2010 01:40 AM PDT

Portland State University has joined the growing list of institutions to publicly commit itself to promoting Hispanics at the expense of white Americans and have set up a racially-exclusive support structure to underpin the initiative.

According to PSU President Wim Wiewel, the program will be known as "Éxito" and is designed to "provide a pathway for Latino success."

There has, of course, never been any university program designed to "provide a pathway for European American success."

Mr. Wiewel said Éxito would "recruit, support and graduate Latino students" who currently make up 5 percent of the student body at PSU.

The program is not out of the blue, but the end result of a 2009 task force investigation specifically asked to make recommendations on how to increase the number of Latino students, Mr. Wiewel said.

The task force's key recommendations included creating a "Latina/o Alumni Association" (would they consider forming an European American only Alumni Association?) and "holding college information sessions for Latino youth and their families."

Other recommendations currently being implemented include "increasing funding for Latino students, increasing the number of Latino faculty and staff, creating a Latino cultural center on campus and recruiting Latino students to Oregon's colleges and universities," said Mr. Wiewel.

Currently, about 10 percent of the Portland population is Latino. However, in the region's elementary schools, Latino students make up 30 percent of the population, a statistic which shows the extent of the immigration invasion and its coming impact.

In addition, the program will support students post-graduation, whether that means helping them to enter the job market or to enroll in a graduate program.

PSU is committing $350,000 to the initiative, $250,000 of which will come from the university's funds. The other $100,000 will come from the PSU Foundation.

Just to make sure that the program, which will boost the chances of local Latino kids over those of whites, runs according to plan, PSU have also appointed a new "chief diversity officer," one Jilma Meneses.

This person will "continue to work with an advisory committee to monitor the program," according to Mr. Wiewel.

The American Third Position is dedicated to doing away with all programs which are designed to put white Americans last.

Our ancestors were the ones who built this country and never dreamed that their descendants would end up discriminated against in their own nation.

The American Third Position seeks to gain political office and overturn programs such as Éxito, but we need your help to do it.
