Have a look at the History and Talk pages of that entry and you'll see that one person imposes his strong will on the contents, with literally thousands of edits.
He claims to be neutral but in fact he uses his considerable Wikipedian skills as far as possible to suppress information about the risks and harms (especially sexual harms) of circumcision, and the dubious ethics of doing it to children.
As a surgical reduction of a prominent sexual organ, circumcision carries heavy emotional and cultural baggage, which those who claim to be "neutral" are not free of.
