Dear Michael:

As Americans focus on the tragic shooting of Gabrielle Giffords and the latest updates on her medical condition, I thought it would be important for them to learn of others who have also been shot in the head... and her sad connection to them.

CounterPunch has just published my article: "Gabrielle Giffords, Tom Hurndall and Palestinian Children: Shot in the Head."

We hope to distribute this widely on Capitol Hill – particularly to new staffers. Anything you can contribute will help!
