What "Killing bin Laden" Doesn't Do
Some folks act as if "Killing bin Laden" is the end all, be all to the "problem" of Islamic terrorism.
Far from it.
Not even close.
Here's a list of what "Killing bin Laden" doesn't do:
1. It doesn't educate and inform Americans why Islamic terrorists attack and hate us; so far, the U.S.-Zionist media has been very successful in keeping the truth of the matter away from the American people; instead, feeding the American people a steady diet of Israeli neocon lies that has gripped the minds of Americans: "They attack and hate us because they hate freedom and democracy, so we have to kill them over there before they kill us over here." Anyone opposing this fantastique pack of warmongering lies and bloody solution is to be ridiculed and ostracized.
2. It doesn't eliminate or reduce the motivation of Islamic terrorists; as long as our Congress funds and arms Israel's illegal occupation of the Palestinian territories, that's how long Islamic terrorists will exist and continue to target America for terrorist attacks. But not according to the U.S.-Zionist media; they work overtime brainwashing the American people with the same, ole neocon lies, over and over and over. They don't need no stinking Americans who engage in independent critical thinking - no, they need Americans to march in lockstep with their oft repeated mantra of, "Who do you want to win the War On Terror? America or al Qaeda? Where do you want to fight them? Over there or here in our own backyards?" According to the U.S.-Zionst media hype, any American who doesn't march in lockstep, much less publicly speak out on this issue, is to be made fun of and characterized as, "just not mature enough to realize the facts of war and the people who want to kill us." According to the U.S.-Zionist media, making peace with Islamic terrorists is not only impossible, but anyone entertaining the idea or trying to discuss making peace with Islamic terrorists is a fool.
3. It doesn't eliminate or reduce the DOD budget; do you think "Killing bin Laden" will motivate Washington politicians to ask for less tax dollars to "fight terrorism and support Homeland Security?"
4. It doesn't repeal the Patriot Act and other government intrusions; Our government will tell you stomping on the U.S. Constitution and your constitutional rights is okay, because we have to, "fight and prevent terrorism."
5. It doesn't stop Americans from spying and reporting on their neighbors to Homeland Security; Pass me a bucket.....absolutely disgusting.
4. It doesn't change U.S. foreign policy - a policy that funds, arms and supports Israel's continued illegal military occupation of the Palestinian territories; a U.S. foreign policy that sanctions the wholesale murder and abuse of the Palestinian people;
Do you know what and who our U.S. government considers an enemy of the United States?
Anyone who opposes U.S. foreign policy.
"Good Muslims" support or do not oppose U.S. foreign policy - "Bad Muslims" do not support and oppose U.S. foreign policy. Just ask the U.S.-Zionist media; they love to charge American Muslims with "not speaking out enough against Islamic terrorism." Conversely, Muslims worldwide and some well-informed Americans ask why American Muslims don't make a public stand for the Palestinian people, and explain the motivation of the 9/11 hijackers and any other Muslim who resorts to violence in response to U.S. foreign policy.
If you oppose the longstanding U.S. foreign policy of funding and arming Israel's illegal occupation and abuse of the Palestinian people, then you are an enemy of the U.S. government. The U.S. government seeks to squelch and even kill anyone who opposes U.S. support of Israel. The U.S. government and its horrific foreign policy says to the world: "We don't care about Palestinians being abused and killed on their own land, by an illegal Occupying Army. In fact, we have no plans to stop funding and arming Israel, and we will murder anyone opposing our support of Israel."
And the American people wonder why they attack and hate America so much!
It's a much sweeter pill to swallow than the bitter pill of truth: Americans find it easier to believe the neocon lie that they attack us because they oppose democracy and hate freedom, than to face the truth of the matter: They attack and hate us because what we've been doing to them for decades now: funding and arming Israel's illegal occupation of the Palestinian territories.
